ARCANIST CarbonQUAD LSP speaker cable
Carbon conductor speaker cable with absolutely cutting-edge features.
Simplified, carbon's main advantage is that it is one of the worst materials as an RF antenna. A major problem in cable design is the suppression of RF interference, which introduces a lot of noise into the overall system, especially with negative feedback amplifiers. Since the loudspeaker cable typically lies on the floor, the problem is much greater, as the boundary surfaces are the most RF stressed zones.
Cable supports reduce this problem to some extent, but CarbonQUAD virtually eliminates it. Since it is made up of 4 conductive rod segments in quadratic rotation, the already potentially minimal RF problems are further reduced.
The lower specific conductivity of carbon is compensated by several ways. The main one is the huge conductor cross section. 4 lines running in a cable in a square rotation. The solid segments are connected in a very flexible and reliable way.
The CarbonQUAD impact is immediately audible: it has a very balanced and transparent, yet beautifully natural, fluid sound.
